The Showhouse Brief – To create a glamorous city centre living space for young, executive, first time buyers aged 25 – 35yrs, where they can work, rest & play
Timescale – 12 weeks from start to finish
Budget - €30k to cover everything from kitchen & bathroom fittings, to all furniture, lighting and accessories

Concept – To create a youthful, design-conscious interior that is both current and that will have lasting appeal – incorporating the following elements;

  • Quality materials throughout to give the apartment texture and ‘substance’
  • The latest colour and wallpaper trends
  • Contemporary fabrics and furniture that will have lasting appeal
  • Mirrors and lighting to expand the space and create different ‘moods’
  • Contemporary artwork and iconic furniture and accessory items to reflect the buyers ‘switched-on’ sense of style
